WHERE DO YOU SHIP? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

At the moment, we are only shipping within the United States. Attention international Bonitas, We will soon be opening or boutique to you soon. So be on the look out!

SHIPPING TIMELINE

Please allow 1 to 2 days to process your order. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you shall receive a confirmation that shall contain your tracking number. Your package should arrive between 7-10 business days after confirmation notice. Note that we are open Monday-Friday, closed on weekends and National Holidays. Due to Covid-19 and holidays, you may experience delays. We kindly ask for your patience during this time!  

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email will be sent to you containing your tracking information.  For additional information, please use USPS.com for tracking info.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE GETS STOLEN OR LOST?

Bonitas, MBB is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs we encourage you to file a claim with USPS.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS DAMAGED?

I can assure you that all products of MBB are handled and packaged with great care. We do not and will not send you anything that is damaged. Therefore, we are not responsible for third parties mishandling of items. If you receive a damaged good, please contact USPS immediately.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DO NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION RECEIPT?

If you do receive a confirmation receipt after 24-48 hours, please contact us at mariabonita.jae@gmail.com.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes we do, we want to ensure that the product that your ordered fits and is what your expected. You have 12 days, the delivery date, to return your product so long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors.

CAN I RETURN A FINAL SALE ITEM??

No, Items that are final sale are not refundable and cannot be exchanged. ITEMS THAT ARE FINAL SALE ARE FINAL SALE SO, PLEASE SHOP WISELY!

HOW CAN I EXCHANGE ITEM?

Please return the item you wish to exchange, allow us to refund you and then place a new order for your needed item.
